Return Policy There are no returns or exchanges allowed on custom made products. All sales are final. For non custom items, we will only exchange a defective product for the same item, provided the product is shipped back to LINDY Z, prepaid and in the original packaging. Thank you for understanding before you order. Shipping LINDY Z ships with UPS from Woodland Hills, CA. There is a handling fee of $2.50 to $4.50 depending on the type of service along with the UPS charges for shipping. The UPS charges will be determined by the distance to be shipped and the type of shipping requested at the time of the order. Shipping charges are calculated by the UPS Service during the secure checkout. Custom Orders Custom orders can take anywhere from two to five weeks depending on the availability of materials and the complexity of the project.
